Preparation for heating of bodywork

The preparation was initially developed for tipper trucks used in cold climates. The risk of the cargo freezing and sticking to the platform is reduced by heating the tipper body using the vehicle’s exhaust gases.

Snow plough bracket

Snow plough bracket that includes an upper and a lower bracket. The upper bracket is fitted in the front and is protected by a cover in order to meet legal requirements. The lower bracket is supplied secured to the frame.

Operation unit for a snow plough

Operation unit with armrest positioned on the driver’s seat. The operation unit is fitted with two levers to control a snow plough at the front and a snow plough on the side. The snow plough float position is controlled by two separate switches

Space for supporting legs

The vehicle can be ordered with a space for the supporting leg behind the cab, no matter whether it is equipped with one or two front axles.

Space for large supporting legs

A space of 650-700 mm for large supporting legs is available for both single and double front axles.

The following components must be moved to create space for large supporting legs:

  • Silencer
  • SCR fuelling
  • Compressed air tanks
  • Battery box

Some requirements:

  • Minimum axle distance for single front axle: 3,550 mm
  • Minimum axle distance for double front axles: 4,750 mm

Free space on the right-hand side

It is possible to get 600-1,500 mm of free space on the right-hand side of the chassis frame.

Some requirements:

  • Axle distance:​ 3,600-4,550 mm
  • Only available for trucks with a single front axle.
