General Information
"Drawing Status“ - Preliminary or Definitive
Preliminary
When a request is done for a PI no. or FO no. (Ch no. doesn’t exist), then the ICD and ICS are Preliminary and “Preliminary delivery date” is shown.
The specification of the ordered chassis can be changed.
“Request definitive drawing” informs the user about the earliest date to request a Definitive drawing.
Definitive
When a Ch no. exists then the ICD and ICS are Definitive and “Definitive delivery date” is shown.
It is very unlikely that the specification of the chassis can be changed.
A Definitive drawing can be requested approximately six weeks before the “Part period” (assembly of the chassis).
Drawing request for S-order chassis
Definitive
It takes approximately 5 working days to generate the drawing. The S-order adaptations are included in the drawing.
The corresponding ICS can be requested immediately.
Preliminary
It takes approximately 10 minutes to generate the drawing and ICS. The S-order adaptations are NOT included in the drawing.
Only A-order specification is shown in the ICD drawing and in the ICS.
