Scania’s order system Central Orders on the Web (COW), gives bodybuilders the possibility to:
- Receive delivery information in real time from the factory
- Get access to chassis specifications
- Confirm and request planned delivery dates
- Subscribe to information about an event via e-mail
- Read and upload files that are associated with a chassis order
- Receive information on chassis from different Scania markets simultaneously
- See the current location of a chassis on a map
